Questions

Do my files really stay on my device?

Yes. Every tool runs in your browser on your own computer or phone. We never receive your files, their names or anything made from them, so there is nothing for us to store, read or leak.

What does Pro add?

Best quality on every AI tool, unlimited, the PDF editor, redaction, PDF comparison and PDF/A, and batches of up to 500 files or 2,000 MB. It all still runs on your device.

Is there a free trial?

No, so there’s nothing that turns into a charge if you forget. You can try every Pro tool and preview the result for free, and AI tools give you 3 free uses a day at Fast quality, at full resolution. If you need Pro for one job, the week pass lasts 7 days and doesn’t renew.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, on your account page, in two clicks, with no fee, or with the cancellation form at /cancel without signing in. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for and then stops. For yearly plans we email you 30 days before each renewal.

Do I get a VAT invoice?

Yes. Paddle, our reseller, takes the payment, charges the right VAT for your country and emails you an invoice. Businesses can add a VAT number at checkout.

Can my team use Pro?

Pro is one account per person, signed in on all of their devices. For several people, email hello@capyfiles.com and we’ll sort it out.
