Who is responsible

Devinfi OOD (Девинфи ООД), Burgas, Bulgaria, company number 208828839 (details in the legal notice), is the controller for the data described here. Contact: hello@capyfiles.com.

Your files: never collected

Every tool runs inside your browser. Files, file names, their contents and anything derived from them (text, thumbnails, results) stay on your device and are never sent to us or anyone else. The AI tools download their models from our server once and then run locally. When a tool uses your camera or microphone, the recording stays on your device too.

What our servers see when you visit

The site is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc. and Cloudflare Ireland Ltd.) as our processor. Like any web server, it receives your IP address, browser type and the addresses of the pages and files you load. We use this only to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix errors (GDPR art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest). Request logs are kept for a few days, then deleted. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

What is stored on your device

No cookies. The site keeps a few things in your browser so it works and works offline: your light or dark theme choice, a copy of the app, and the AI models and text-recognition languages you’ve used. They never leave your device, and you can delete the models in Settings or everything by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Because all of this is needed for features you ask for, it needs no consent banner.

Analytics

We don’t run analytics right now. If we add them, they will be cookieless and count only totals (such as how often a tool is opened), never anything about your files, and this page will say so first.

Accounts and Pro (when available)

Only if you create an account or buy Pro:

• Account: your email address and an account ID, handled by Google Firebase Authentication (Google Ireland Ltd., our processor; transfers to the US under the Data Privacy Framework). If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your email address.
• Subscription status: your plan, its status and renewal date, stored in our database at Cloudflare.
• Payments: Paddle.com Market Ltd. sells Pro to you as merchant of record and is an independent controller for your payment details, billing address and tax data under its own privacy policy. We never see your card.
• Emails: purchase confirmations and renewal reminders are sent through our email provider (Resend, as processor).

Legal basis: performing our contract with you (art. 6(1)(b)) and keeping accounting records (art. 6(1)(c)). Account data is kept until you delete your account, which you can do yourself on the account page. Purchase records are kept as long as Bulgarian accounting law requires.

Withdrawal and support messages

If you write to us or use the withdrawal form, we keep your name, email address and message to handle the request and to show we did, for as long as claims about it are possible (art. 6(1)(c) and (f)).

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, a copy in a portable format, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@capyfiles.com. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the authority where you live.

Age

Accounts and purchases are for people aged 16 or over.

Changes

If what we process changes, we update this page first and change the date at the top.
