Capy Files takes a different approach: every tool runs inside your browser, so documents never leave your device. That makes it a good fit for contracts, HR files, medical letters and anything else you would rather not upload. It also covers images, video and audio, including AI tools, with no upload.

Questions
How can I check nothing is uploaded?
Open your browser’s developer tools, go to the Network tab and run the tool. No request carries your file. You can also turn off Wi-Fi after the page has loaded and it keeps working.
Do I need an account?
No. The free tools work without signing up.
Does it convert PDF to Word?
Yes, in beta. It rebuilds text, headings, lists, bold and italic on your device. Tables and columns don’t come across yet.
